David Koroma serves as Director of Business Development & Client Relations at MD Facades, leading the company’s growth strategy while maintaining strong oversight of profitability and project delivery.
He identifies and secures new opportunities, builds long-term client and supply-chain relationships, and develops a robust pipeline of future work. David oversees competitive bids and proposals, ensuring commercial viability and seamless handover to delivery teams.
With a focus on disciplined cost control, proactive communication, and rapid issue resolution, he supports operational excellence, financial planning, and team development – keeping MD Facades competitive and financially strong in a demanding market.

ESTIMATOR
David Bonner leads MD Facades, providing senior estimating leadership and commercial oversight across all projects. He works with MD Facades as a freelance estimator, supporting the business with senior estimating input and commercial oversight across façade packages.
With over 45 years’ experience in construction and nearly 30 years specialising in façade systems, David brings strong technical knowledge and commercial judgement to every tender.

With over six years of specialised experience in client relations and contracts, Dayana serves as the Contract Manager at MD Facades. With a robust background in law, Dayana possesses an in-depth understanding of regulation and contract law, ensuring compliance and precision in all contractual processes. Her exceptional communication skills foster strong client relationships, while her proven leadership abilities drive seamless project coordination and team synergy. With over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, I specialise in precise setting out, surveying, and CAD coordination across residential and commercial projects in London. At MD Facades, I ensure accuracy and efficiency on every site through detailed layout work, as-built surveys, and clear technical communication. My background in civil engineering, combined with strong practical expertise and SSSTS certification, allows me to deliver reliable, high-quality results that meet the highest industry standards.
